Pregnancy is an exciting time, full of physical and emotional changes. Expectant women and their partners often have questions about these transformations as well as the upcoming birth. We believe that couples who are well informed and are prepared with skills and strategies will have the confidence to create a calmer and more satisfying pregnancy, labor and birth. Private In-Home Childbirth Instruction
Our private, in-home classes are taught by certified childbirth educators and individually tailored to prepare pregnant women, their partners and/or other support people for the challenges of labor and birth.
Childbirth Preparation - OB Orientation
Taught by a childbirth educator, you will learn what to expect during prenatal visits, discusses physical changes and tips to take you through a healthy pregnancy.
Our certified lactation consultant will provide mothers and their partners with the strategies they need to get breastfeeding off to a solid start

- Pregnancy Health Information Line: The pregnancy Health Information Line is a statewide service operated by the California Teratogenic Information Service and Clinical Research Program. Teratology is the study of birth defects caused by exposures during pregnancy. CTIS's goal is to promote healthy pregnancies through education and research.
- Community Health Resource Center: Registered nurse health educators, trained staff and volunteers are available to help our patients and other community members use the many resources to at no cost. The CHRCs have large collections of books and DVDs covering prenatal education and parenting.
- American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG): A resource that provides information on a variety women's health care topics.
