Free & Open to the Community
The Palo Alto Medical Foundation hosts the East Bay meeting of the ASAA A.W.A.K.E. Network. The A.W.A.K.E. Network is composed of hundreds of mutual-help support groups in nearly all 50 states for people affected by sleep apnea. Meetings are patient-centered and led by the A.W.A.K.E. coordinator. Topics may include advice on complying with CPAP therapy, legal issues affecting those with sleep apnea, weight loss, and new research findings. This is followed by a time for questions and trouble shooting problems.
The meetings are held on a weekday evening here at the Fremont Center. Please send an e-mail to stephanie@cpapsuccess.com to receive monthly announcements regarding the speaker topic as well as the time and date of the next meeting. Or call Stephanie at 510-505-9228.
