Vein Sclerosing (Sclerotherapy)

Who is a candidate?

People with small spider veins on their legs and/or face.

What is the intended result?

Reduction in the appearance of spider veins on the legs.

What is the procedure?

A small amount of sclerosing agent (concentrated salt solution) is injected into the visible spider veins.

What is the healing process?

Discoloration usually persists in the area for 5 to 7 days. Discomfort is usually minimal. The final result is evident in 10 to 14 days.
