More than 21 million people have diabetes. A third of those people do not even know that they have it.

When diagnosed with diabetes, many people think their bodies have failed them, or vice versa. But a diagnosis of diabetes doesn’t mean it’s time to give up—just the opposite is true. If you have diabetes, you’re still in control. There are many positive steps you can take to achieve good health and well being, and PAMF’s team of registered dietitians and diabetes educators, Diabetes Program classes and support groups can help you do it!
