Eating Well with Diabetes: Strategies for Optimal Health
This single session, 1.5 hour class will help you review or reinforce previous diabetes nutrition education. You will learn how to plan meals for the entire family using our healthy diet approach and understand portion sizes to meet your needs for good health/wellness. This class is appropriate for patients with Type 1 or Type 2 diabetes and a pre-requisite if interested in attending our Carbohydrate Counting Skills Class.

Living Well with Diabetes
The Living Well with Diabetes class is for patients with type 2 diabetes who are either newly diagnosed or have not received any recent diabetes education.
Locations: Dublin, Fremont, Mountain View, Palo Alto, Redwood City & Santa Cruz
New Weigh of Life - A Year-Long Program
This diabetes prevention program can help you get your health back on track if you are overweight or have been diagnosed with insulin resistance. If you have been diagnosed with diabetes, you are welcome to join the class, once you have completed the Diabetes Self-Management Training.
Locations: Fremont, Mountain View, Palo Alto and Santa Cruz
Ongoing Diabetes Education & Self-Management (3 Sessions)
This patient-centered, small-group series will help address your concerns and provide support so you can successfully manage your diabetes. It is for patients who have previously received some diabetes education and would benefit from further education and support. Doctor referral required.
Sweet Success (Gestational Diabetes) Program
Our Sweet Success Program includes small group meetings and individual counseling.
The program covers day-to-day management of blood glucose levels during pregnancy and prevention of type 2 diabetes post partum. All patients receive basic information about diabetes, nutrition recommendations, meal plans and home glucose monitoring instructions and training on taking insulin, if needed.

Diabetes Support Groups
Meet others who share the changes that diabetes has brought to their lives, ask questions, and get information and support.
