Lifestyle Influences on Fitness and Energy (LIFE) Study
Behavioral and lifestyle factors have been implicated in poor health quality and the development of chronic diseases. Specifically, poor diet, physical inactivity, and short sleep duration have been shown to be associated with higher prevalence and incidence of overweight/obesity, hypertension, diabetes, and cardiovascular disease.
The objective of the Lifestyle Influences on Fitness and Energy (LIFE) study was to learn about how diet, physical activity, and sleep influence health. Thank you to all participants of the LIFE study. We are no longer accepting participants at this time.
