Philosophy of Care
I chose Ob/Gyn because I enjoy working with women, developing the long term relationships we have and the variety the specialty offers. After over 20 years of practice, I can easily say I love what I do; as much now as I did when I first began practice. I enjoy all aspects of being an Ob/Gyn.
I consider it a privilege to be included in the most significant aspects of a woman’s life; from adolescence and her first pap, to becoming a mother and the transition into menopause. Each stage presents its own challenges but together as a team I hope that we can work through life’s changes.
I strongly believe becoming a new parent is the single most joyous moment in anyone’s life. My goal and hope is that the pregnancy and birth process is as happy and special as it should be; that my patients can look back with a smile when she remembers the time.
Over the years I have connected with many women. The greatest compliment is now knowing and caring for three generations of women.
