Philosophy of Care
As a practitioner in physical medicine and rehabilitation and pain management, I am interested in treating musculoskeletal disorders including nerve problems such as carpal tunnel syndrome, joint problems such as rotator cuff tendinitis and knee arthritis, and spine disorders such as neck and low back pain. I strongly believe in treating the root cause of the disorder and not focusing on just relieving the symptoms. I believe in using a multidisciplinary approach which may include physical therapy exercises, lifestyle modifications, splinting/bracing, medications, and interventions such as epidural steroid injections.
