Philosophy of Care
My passion is prevention, wellness, and cultivating long-term health for my patients. I believe the body has a tremendous capacity to heal itself. I always strive to search for the underlying physiologic, mental, or spiritual imbalances and help the body return to balance. I use medication only when absolutely needed and always maximize nutrition and lifestyle measures first.
