Philosophy of Care
During my medical education and training, I considered many medical career path options, and reached the ideal balance as a clinical cardiologist at the Palo Alto Center. My practice includes a spectrum of acute and chronic cardiac conditions in a wide variety of patients, located in a dynamic, comprehensive, supportive multi-specialty practice. I enjoy discussing the cardiovascular system with patients and how it works in health and in disease states. The opportunities to initiate early prevention, use state-of-the-art treatments, and give plenty of attention to healthy lifestyle choices, offer many chances for me to help keep patients healthy and active. I believe in providing a lot of information and appropriate choices to patients, providing ongoing updates to current understanding and treatment of heart conditions and helping patients put all the information they've gathered from a variety of sources into perspective. I appreciate the opportunity to help patients manage their most precious resource -- their health.
