It is an incredible honor to collaboratively care for aging patients with my PAMF colleagues. Our patients and their families inspire us daily---with their wisdom, humor, grace, and incredible courage.
The challenge and reward in caring for aging patients go beyond the sum of their medical diagnoses and pills. Our program aspires to help patients reconsider concepts of prevention and screening as they age. We also aim to work collaboratively with them to design AND FULFILL their goals of care.
We are interested in discovering and promoting new ways to care for older people. Our vision is to provide top notch care and promote successful aging to PAMF patients, from age 65 to perhaps 100 and beyond!
