Philosophy of Care
I believe very strongly in providing accurate information and enabling patients to make decisions for themselves regarding their care. I believe in presenting all options and information available. Many GYN procedures involve quality of life. I speak and educate regarding opportunities that women have to improve their quality of life. Examples include the opportunity to have office procedures for sterilization or heavy menstrual cycles. I have a special interest in surgical treatments for pelvic organ prolapse and stress urinary loss. I also believe that even if a patient does not act on information provided, just having the information is a good resource for them.
