Philosophy of Care
Welcome to my practice and thank you for visiting my home page! My practice is geared towards a holistic approach to medical care. I try very hard and look at interconnections between medical problems and try and address the underlying causes of complex medical conditions. I am in the process of becoming an integrative medicine physician and the training that I'm getting now informs my current medical practice. I use multiple modalities to treat my patients and these are; traditional medications, nutritional counseling, osteopathic manipulation, acupuncture, homeopathy, and also functional medicine. I think that together these are powerful modalities that I have at my disposal to help my patients. I like treating patients who are very diverse in their presentations. I like treating complex medical conditions that are of long standing nature and difficult to address. I feel as if an integrative approach to solving these problems are what is needed to help patients who may otherwise not be able to get better. I consider my patients my partners in their health. They must be willing to work with me to help solve their problems. I use the most modern technology to help solve acute problems and also utilize labs to help me direct their medical care. I think that the future of medicine is approaching the patient in a holistic manner to get them better. I feel that just giving medications is not enough. Explaining to patients the complex causes of their problem and giving them insight into their medical problems will help empower them to transform their health. II look forward to helping you improve your health.
