An appointment is required to see a doctor at the Dublin Center. This can be scheduled in person or by telephone. If you have not yet picked a primary care physician (PCP) and need to be seen, please call the appointment desk at 925-875-6100.
If you must cancel an appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance. You can call PAMF at any time and leave a cancellation message with the operator at 925-875-6100.

After-Hours Care

A licensed medical practitioner is available by phone after hours on weekends for urgent medical questions. You may be directed to seek care at our Fremont Urgent Care Center located at 3200 Kearney Street in Fremont or call 510-490-1222.

Fremont Urgent Care Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and holidays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Emergencies

In life-threatening situations, such as a heart attack or traumatic injury, dial 911 for fast paramedic assistance, or go directly to a hospital emergency room. If possible, notify the hospital staff about your insurance coverage and the name of your PCP. Please notify your PCP as soon as possible.
