The primary care physicians and specialists at our Dublin Center will provide you and your family with the best care and services to help you and your family live your healthiest lives. Comprehensive health care services at the Dublin Center encompasses primary care (pediatrics, family medicine, internal medicine) and a variety of specialties including dermatology, ob/gyn, nephrology, nutrition, physical medicine and lab and radiology services.

The PAMF Dublin Center features the latest advances in health care, including electronic health records, fully digital imaging services, same-day and next-day appointments with your primary care physician, and our unique team-based model of patient care.

An appointment is required to see a doctor at the Dublin Center. This can be scheduled in person, by telephone, or on line at www.pamf.org. When scheduling by phone, please contact the appointment desk at 925-875-6100 and press option 1 from the main menu.

If you must cancel an appointment, please call at least 24 hours in advance. You can speak with an operator to cancel your appointment at 925-875-6100 (press option 5 from the main menu) between the hours of 7 a.m to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 7:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. To reschedule, please call the appointment desk at 925-875-6100 (press option 1 from the main menu) Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.

After-Hours Care

A licensed medical practitioner is available by phone after hours on weekends for urgent medical questions. You may be directed to seek care at our Fremont Urgent Care Center located at 3200 Kearney Street in Fremont or call 510-490-1222.

Fremont Urgent Care Hours:
Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
Saturday, Sunday and holidays, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Emergencies

In life-threatening situations, such as a heart attack or traumatic injury, dial 911 for fast paramedic assistance, or go directly to a hospital emergency room. If possible, notify the hospital staff about your insurance coverage and the name of your PCP. Please notify your PCP as soon as possible.
