Physician's Personalized Report
Each client receives copies of all tests results, as well as recommendations for how to optimize health in the face of time and job constraints. This summary letter from the Executive Health doctor arrives by mail within seven days of the client’s visit, and may suggest lifestyle changes, disease management refinements, consultation with other specialists or educators, and/or additional testing. Upon request, a copy of the letter will also be mailed to the executive's personal doctor.

Our registered dietitian evaluates every executive’s nutrition, exercise and stress levels. This assessment focuses on decreasing health risks such as arteriosclerosis, high blood pressure, diabetes and osteoporosis, as well as managing gastrointestinal disorders and weight. The dietitian suggests lifestyle modifications tailored to the executive's food preferences, activity level and medical history. The dietitian can also provide guidelines for healthy eating when dining out or traveling on business.
In addition, if the client wishes, the dietitian can analyze body composition and diet. The body composition analysis measures lean muscle mass and body fat, as well as caloric needs. Executives who want to have this test should not exercise, eat or drink alcohol or caffeinated beverages for 12 hours before the test. However, it’s important to drink water because dehydration will cause incorrect results.
For the diet analysis, clients should complete a four-day food and exercise chart to help the dietitian evaluate nutritional intake and eating behaviors. Our dietitian can then work with the client to create a personal diet plan.

Health Resources and Education
Each client is automatically enrolled in PAMF's e-health service, My Health Online. Through My Health Online, you can message your Executive Health doctor or nurse, request appointments and prescription renewals, view lab results and receive personal health information.
Executives can also visit PAMF's Community Health Resource Center, which offers information on a wide range of health conditions. The Center is staffed by a knowledgeable nurse educator and trained volunteers who can help clients locate health information resources.
