Program Quality and Reviews
The Palo Alto Medical Foundation's Executive Health Program has been tailoring services for executives since 1956 and has an enduring history of high client satisfaction. Through the years, the program has evolved into a distinct department at PAMF. This concentration of executive health resources ensures our clients of convenient access; streamlined, personalized service; and exceptional comfort and privacy on top of the high-quality medical care provided to all PAMF patients.
We do not take our reputation for excellence for granted, and continually re-evaluate how well we meet the needs of our clients. Each year, we review our services in relation to our patient satisfaction ratings and executive health trends. We are happy to report that our patients regularly provide us with top marks on satisfaction with their care. In 2008, we surveyed those who used our executive health program (download our 2008 survey):
- 76 percent rated their overall satisfaction as excellent.
- An additional 20 percent rated their satisfaction as "very good."
PAMF is committed to providing the highest caliber of health care and medical technology. All of the staff physicians serving our Executive Health Program are board-certified. Across the Clinic, we use an electronic medical record system, and provide a highly secure Internet site, My Health Online, through which executives can view personal medical data and discuss health concerns with their physician through electronic messaging.
