Personal access, attention and service are the key features of the Encina Practice of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation.
Features include:
Dedicated Access
- Telephone access at all times to your physician or another Encina Practice team member
- Appointments with an Encina Practice physician within hours of your request
- After-hours and weekend access to an Encina Practice physician (usually your own)
- Physician visits when and where required: at your home or office, as well as in the clinic or hospital
- Increased personal involvement by your Encina Practice physician in coordinating your care with medical specialists and emergency room physicians
- Coordination of your health care, even when you are traveling
- Assistance in scheduling appointments with other health care providers
- Guidance in preparing insurance claims and other paperwork
