Oculoplastics
Oculoplastic surgery, or oculoplastics, includes procedures and surgeries that focus on reconstruction of the eye and the area surrounding it. Oculoplastic surgeons perform procedures such as the repair of droopy eyelids (blepharoplasty), repair of tear duct obstructions, orbital fracture repairs and the removal of tumors in and around the eyes (including Mohs surgery and eyelid and orbital reconstruction).
These surgeons also perform other cosmetic eye procedures such as laser skin resurfacing, eye lifts, brow lifts, facelifts, and Restylane and Botox injections.
