The primary care physicians and specialists at our Fremont Center will provide you and your family with the best care and services to help you and your family live your healthiest lives.
For urgent medical concerns, patients should call PAMF first. Even if a patient's own physician is not available, physicians are always on call. If the medical problem is not life-threatening, but warrants immediate care, you may choose to visit any of PAMF's Urgent Care Centers in Fremont, Mountain View, Palo Alto & Santa Cruz.
If a medical problem is life-threatening, call 911 immediately.
