Prompt Pay option.

PAMF offers a 30-percent prompt-pay discount for Reproductive Endocrinology and Fertility (REF) services. This can significantly lower the cost for you if your health insurance does not cover infertility services.

Details and Conditions

• The discount only applies to services that are not covered by insurance.
  
• Discounts are not given for deductibles, copayments or coinsurance amounts.
  
• Any service that receives partial coverage through your insurance is not eligible for discounts.
  
• Discounted services are not eligible for payment plans.
  
• After you receive your statement, you can request the prompt-pay discount by calling Patient Accounting at 650-812-3838.
  
• Once you agree to the prompt-pay discount, the remaining balance must be paid in full by credit or debit card over the phone.
