Salli Ikuko Tazuke, M.D. received her M.D. degree from the University of California, San Diego in 1990 after graduating from Stanford University. Dr. Tazuke completed an internship and residency at Yale New Haven Hospital in Connecticut. She also completed fellowships in reproductive endocrinology and infertility at Stanford University School of Medicine.

Prior to joining PAMF, she was an assistant professor in the Division of Reproductive Endocrinology and Infertility of the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics at Stanford, as well as an assistant professor at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. She is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, and reproductive endocrinology and infertility. She speaks fluent Japanese, and basic Mandarin and Spanish.
