2012/2013 Flu Vaccine Information for Dublin and Fremont Centers

Flu vaccines are also available by appointment at the Dublin and Fremont Centers. Please call at least 48 hours in advance to make an appointment. You must be a PAMF patient to get a flu vaccine at the Dublin and Fremont Centers. A charge for the flu vaccine will be billed to your insurance. Medicare patients will be charged at the current Medicare rate.
