2011-2012 Flu Vaccine Information

PAMF’s Dublin, Fremont, Los Altos, Palo Alto, Redwood City and Redwood Shores locations will be holding seasonal flu vaccine clinics on the dates and at the times listed below.

A charge for the flu vaccine will be billed to your insurance. Medicare patients will be charged at the current Medicare rate.
