Palo Alto – Past, Present, and Forever: A Lecture Series for Seniors Traveling the Aging Journey
The “Past, Present, and Forever” lecture series for seniors was launched on the Palo Alto campus in Spring 2012. The initial presentation, Making the Most of Your Aging Journey, was given by Peter Cheng, M.D., and Kelly Reilly, R.N. The presentation was sold out two weeks prior to the event. Audio recordings of this presentation can be checked out from the Palo Alto Center’s Community Health Resource Center. The series continued at the inaugural PAMF Successful Aging Celebration event on July 28.
Santa Cruz – Dynamic Aging series
The Dynamic Aging series brings you together with the others who have similar questions about the aging journey. This series supports patients age 60 or older. The topics cover a wide range of issues and are aimed at helping you develop preventive and proactive approaches to aging successfully.
The series has a total of six sessions. In the first session you will meet a PAMF Geriatrician, learn about the aging process, have an opportunity to ask questions and get personalized coaching to guide you to the most appropriate sessions and help connect you to various resources.
