Guardian Angel Program

Make a gift in honor of a PAMF caregiver who has made a difference in your visit.

When you make a gift of $25.00 or more to the PAMF fund of your choice in honor of your PAMF physician, nurse or other caregiver, your Guardian Angel will receive a card informing him or her of your thoughtful gift. Your Guardian Angel will also receive a custom-crafted Guardian Angel lapel pin to wear proudly.

For each Guardian Angel gift, we will convey your generosity to the individual named on the reply form. All Guardian Angel honorees are recognized by name in the PAMF Annual Report.

All gifts are tax-deductible.
