    Preventative Cancer Care Support Programs

Our new Community Cancer Care Center

Generosity heals - Click here to donate to PAMF todayThe Palo Alto Medical Foundation’s new Community Cancer Care Center (CCCC) at the Sunnyvale Center at 301 Old San Francisco Road will provide support programs for cancer treatment.

The Center will extend PAMF’s culture of caring by providing one of the most comprehensive diagnostic, treatment and patient support cancer care programs in the region. Given PAMF’s emphasis on coordinated care, patients at this Center will have a care-giving team comprised of their primary care physician, specialists, nurses, and support staff. Patients will also have access to more oncologists, double the number of current infusion stations, more advanced radiation technology, more specialized cancer care services, and nurse navigators that will guide patients through the entire, and often overwhelming, cancer care process.

Because we believe that preventive care is paramount to our support programs, in addition to these expanded cancer care services, the Center will house primary care physicians, OBGYN physicians and pediatricians -- because quality cancer care begins with preventive care.

Donate now and help us continue to provide free, professional cancer support services including counseling, support groups, educational workshops, and publications.
