Tips for Preventing the Spread of Chickenpox

- You or your child should not return to work, school, or day care until after all blisters have crusted over, usually about 10 days after the first symptoms start.
- Clean countertops regularly with a surface cleaner. And wash clothing that is soiled with fluid from chickenpox blisters.
