Orchiectomy for Prostate Cancer
Risks
Orchiectomy causes sudden hormone changes in the body. Side effects from hormone changes may include:
- Sterility.
- Loss of sexual interest.
- Erection problems.
- Hot flashes.

- Loss of muscle mass.
