    Side Effects

    Side effects may include:

    • Abnormal vaginal bleeding.
    • Breast pain.
    • Nausea.

    Avoid using estrogen cream during sexual intercourse. A male sex partner regularly exposed to estrogen cream can develop enlarged breasts.
