    Breast Self-Exam Instruction

PAMF nurse health educators are available at the Dublin, Fremont and Palo Alto Centers to provide individual breast self-examination instruction. After watching a video of breast self-examination technique (available in English and Spanish), you will have the opportunity to practice the technique on a model of a breast that contains lumps of various shapes and sizes. (Please allow approximately one hour for instruction.) This service is free and open to PAMF patients and community members.
