Monthly "Breastfeeding Your Newborn" classes are available at PAMF’s Mountain View Center and are recommended for first-time mothers who plan to breastfeed. During the classes, you will learn about prenatal preparation for breastfeeding, handling the first days of feeding, managing breastfeeding and returning to work. You may register online or by calling 650-934-7373.

After your baby is born, if you need additional help and support, your doctor can refer you to the lactation consultant at our Sunnyvale Center, Judy Long . Ms. Long is a Certified Lactation Educator and Counselor.
