You can learn more about heart failure by visiting one of the Palo Alto Medical Foundation's (PAMF) Community Health Resource Centers at the Palo Alto Clinic or Fremont Center. Both resource centers have a variety of books, videos and are staffed with a nurse educator and trained volunteers to assist you in finding information. The centers are open to the PAMF patients and community members.
