Philosophy of Care
I enjoy teaching, with a focus on the effective management of treatment induced side effects - specifically mitigation of fatigue associated with treatment. I developed and continue to teach "Exercise for Energy" - a group exercise program for women with a cancer diagnosis. I also have a special interest in pulmonary patients and teach the "Better Breather's Exercise Program" at El Camino Hospital.
