Why go to the extended hours clinic?

The extended hours clinic provides easy access to medical care when your doctor's office is closed. We are open 365 days a year: weekdays, weekends, evenings and holidays. We can address the needs of both children and adults and our services are available to all residents and travelers in the mid-Peninsula community.

When your doctor's office is closed, we are here to serve you after-hours health care needs.

When is extended hours clinic the right choice for me?

If you are having a true emergency, go directly to the emergency room or call 911.

We regularly treat conditions such as asthma, sore throats, bladder infections, bronchitis, flu, sprains and minor lacerations (cuts).

Routine problems should be managed by your primary care doctor during regular business hours.

Will my insurance cover my visit to the extended hours clinic?

PPO patients: We are contracted with several major PPO insurance plans and we bill these insurance companies on your behalf. Payment of services for patients who are covered by a PPO health plan may vary according to the plan. Confirm your health plan's payment process with the clinic when you call to make an appointment.

HMO patients: For HMO members, we collect your office co-payment, depending on your health plan, at the time of your visit.
