Billing Information

The admitting staff will contact you prior to surgery to review your insurance information. If you have not been contacted by the day before your surgery, please call (650) 324-8500.

Uninsured and/or private pay patients will be asked to pay for services on or before the admission date, unless other arrangements are made.

Patients with verified insurance will be asked to pay their portion on or before the day of surgery.

MasterCard, Visa and personal checks made out to Menlo Park Surgical Hospital are accepted. MPSH will bill your insurance as a courtesy. However, the balance due is the patient’s responsibility and payment will be requested from you unless your insurance company pays within 60 days.

MPSH recognizes its obligation to remain flexible in financial matters. In the event that any of the above statements cannot be met, we will attempt to make other financial arrangements. These arrangements must be made prior to admission and approved by MPSH.
