Progress & Updates
February 2014 Update
The front of the building remains more or less the same with the exception of the maroon-colored veneer currently being installed in the center of the roof to screen off the HVAC equipment. The protective mesh on the front of the building should be removed by the end of March and you will be able to see the entire front of the building.
In stark contrast to the front, the rear of the building has already been painted with two of the three final colors. Missing still is the color in the center band. The roof, walls and windows are now weather-tight, just in time for our recent rains
Inside the building, the first floor walls have been painted, door jambs installed, ceiling hangers are in place and ready for ceiling installation. The second floor is following close behind. The elevator shaft is in place and ready for elevator installation. By the next update it will be more apparent how the final inside layout will look.
Within the next two months, the outside of the building should be getting very close to its final look with the exception of a few details
