March Is National Nutrition Month
Celebrate National Nutrition Month with us! Meet with our dietitians to learn about healthy eating, in particular how to add herbs and spices to flavor your food.
We’ll answer your questions and share handouts, recipe cards, games and free spice samples at our Dublin, Fremont and Palo Alto Centers.
Our dietitians will be available at the following times and locations:
March 6, 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
At the Community Health Resource Center
March 10, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
Building 2, First Floor by the Community Health Resource Center
March 24, 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.
Building 1, First Floor by the front entrance
Palo Alto Center:
March 20, 1 to 3 p.m.
First Floor by the registration desk
