One-on-One Counseling and Education
The Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF) Nutrition and Diabetes Education Departments have teams of highly trained registered dietitians with a variety of areas of expertise and personal interests. Patients may meet with a registered dietitian for education, coaching, counseling, and therapeutic assessment and intervention for nutrition-related medical diagnoses including: gastrointestinal conditions, renal disease, cardiovascular disease, cancer and diabetes.
In addition, lifecycle nutrition, eating disorders, weight management, vegetarianism, sports nutrition, and general nutrition counseling and education are also available.
