Team Approach to Care
To enhance each patient's experience, the PAMF Dublin Center has implemented a team-based model of care. This approach allows you to spend more quality time with your health care providers and less time waiting.

After checking in at the reception desk, a medical assistant will greet and escort you to an exam room, where your medical history is taken and entered directly into your electronic health record (EHR). During your examination, you and your doctor will discuss test results, X-rays, treatment options, and any questions or concerns you may have, ensuring that you and your doctor are partners in your health care. After you spend time with your doctor, a medical assistant will make any follow-up appointments for you, if needed.

Cutting-Edge Technology
PAMF utilizes a secure electronic health record (EHR) system that allows the medical providers to document interactions with patients; view medical history and insurance information; order tests and see test results; make referrals; and send electronic prescription requests to pharmacies. In addition, PAMF patients have access to PAMFOnline, one of the most comprehensive Web-based health services in the country. This cutting-edge e-health service allows patients to view key components of their records online, request appointments and prescription renewals, access test results and communicate electronically with their physician.

Laboratory and Radiology Services
Laboratory procedures, such as blood draws, can be done on site. X-ray, digital mammography and bone density scanning services are also available at the Dublin Center.

Referral to Specialists
The physicians of the PAMF Dublin Center have access to a vast network of specialty care physicians. If you have a medical concern that requires a specialist, schedule an appointment with your primary care provider. If necessary, your physician will refer you to local specialist or a PAMF physician.

Prescription Medication Refills
To request a refill, call the pharmacy that dispensed your prescription. If you have a specific question about a refill that cannot be addressed by the pharmacy, call the Dublin Center.
