Dr. Paul DeChant, a family medicine physician and President of PAMF-Palomares, has strong roots in the Palo Alto Medical Foundation (PAMF). He was one of the first physicians at the PAMF Fremont Center and lead it through a period of significant growth. He has a 20-year history of developing medical groups, mentoring physicians, improving electronic health record (EHR) work flow, and promoting innovation and quality in care delivery.
