Book Summary, "Smoking 101"
Smoking 101: An Overview for Teens (2005)
By: Margaret O. Hyde and John F. Setaro
This is an excellent book on smoking and its effect on smokers. Hyde and Setaro look at smoking from a health and political perspective. They discuss lung cancer, heart attacks, ulcers, and bad breath. They also discuss different types of tobacco products and tobacco advertising. Since smoking begins in adolescence, this is a book that should be read by teens and parents alike.
