The core of this book is focused on promoting good health habits and understanding the special problems faced by teenagers. It highlights matters that affect teens – such as sexual promiscuity, sexual abuse, eating disorders, alcohol & drug use, contraception, and pregnancy.
Some of the issues are controversial and may offend some readers. However, the authors present the information in clear nonjudgmental language that will appeal to teens and many parents alike.
