Smoking 101: An Overview For Teens
by Margaret O. Hyde and John F. Setaro (2005)

This is an excellent book on smoking and its effect on smokers. Hyde and Setaro look at smoking from a health and political perspective. They discuss lung cancer, heart attacks, ulcers and bad breath. They also discuss different types of tobacco products and tobacco advertising. Since smoking begins in adolescence, this is a book that should be read by teens and parents alike.
