You never walk alone

What is a podiatrist? Podiatrists, also known as doctors of podiatric medicine (DPMs), diagnose and treat disorders, diseases and injuries of the foot and lower leg. From bunions to plantar fasciitis (the most common form of heel pain), podiatrists are trained to treat all forms of foot pain.

The human foot is a complex structure and needs all the tender love and care possible. There are 26 bones in the foot - plus muscles, nerves, ligaments, and blood vessels - and it is designed for balance and mobility. The 52 bones in your feet make up about one-fourth of all the bones in your body. So it’s no surprise that pain in the foot can be due to many causes.
