Health Resource Centers

PAMF has Community Health Resource Centers (CHRCs) located at the Palo Alto, Fremont, Dublin and Mountain View Centers. The CHRCs are staffed by a registered nurse and offer information and support for patients and other community members who wish to make informed decisions regarding their health and wellness. Information is available for the entire family. PAMF physicians carefully review the materials to ensure their reliability and accuracy.
