Health Resource Centers

PAMF also has two health resource centers located at the Palo Alto and Fremont clinics. The Community Health Resource Centers in Palo Alto and Fremont are staffed by a registered nurse, offers information and support for patients and other community members who wish to make informed decisions regarding their health and wellness. Information is available for the entire family. PAMF physicians carefully review the Center's materials to ensure their reliability and accuracy.
