    There are many different types of activities you can try to keep in shape. Here are some ideas:

    • Running or walking
    • Lifting weights
    • Dancing or ballet
    • Gymnastics
    • Biking
    • Swimming
    • Rowing
    • Martial arts
    • Skating
    • Calisthenics (sit-ups, push-ups and chin-ups
    • Fencing
    • Tennis, badminton or racquetball
