We all experience a variety of emotions. Depending on what is happening in our lives, we can feel happy, sad, afraid or angry. Some feelings, such as fear, can be difficult, but also can help push us to do better on school tests and at recitals. Likewise, happy feelings can cause problems, such as when you share your excitement with a friend while the teacher is talking. Life without feelings would be impossible and even boring. Below is more information on different emotions you may experience.
