Free Parent Education Workshop: Thursday, November 20

Join Susan Stone Belton, BSE, of Parents Place, to continue the discussion on homework success and academic achievement of your child on Thursday, November 20 from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Central Middle School Library.

The Q&A format will conclude with a follow-up discussion. Attendance at the October 21 "Guiding Your Child to Homework Success and Academic Achievement" presentation is not a prerequisite for this workshop session.

The second parent education workshop, "Understanding Your Child’s Learning Style: Nurturing Successful Learners," will be presented by Gloria Moskowitz-Sweet, PPSC, LCSW, of Parents Place, on Wednesday, March 11. The follow-up discussion group, focusing on this workshop topic, will be held on Wednesday, April 1 from 7 to 9 p.m. at the Central Middle School Library.

The event is sponsored by the Palo Alto Medical Foundation, the San Carlos School District and the San Carlos Educational Fund.
