Apple Scotch Nut Pudding

Ingredients

3 cups peeled, cored apple slices
One package (4-serving size) instant butterscotch pudding
1 1/2 cups milk
Cinnamon
1/3 cup finely chopped walnuts
Whipped cream

Directions

In a little water, gently simmer apple slices until tender but still a little crisp. Drain and cool. Make pudding with milk and spice with cinnamon. Fold in apples. Add walnuts. Chill in 6 dessert dishes to serve. Top with whipped cream and more chopped walnuts.
