    Crepes

    Ingredients

    • 1 1/2 cups flour
    • 3 tablespoons sugar
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 2 cups milk
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla
    Preparation
    1. Mix flour, sugar and salt.
    2. Add milk, eggs and vanilla, and mix together.
    3. Pour batter into a crepe pan or on the stove in a round pan.
    4. When one side of the crepe is begins to color (turning brown), flip the crepe.
    5. When done you can fill them with fruit, Nutella, sautéed vegetables, or just butter and sugar. Yields 6 medium to large crepes.
