Crepes
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Mix flour, sugar and salt.
- Add milk, eggs and vanilla, and mix together.
- Pour batter into a crepe pan or on the stove in a round pan.
- When one side of the crepe is begins to color (turning brown), flip the crepe.
- When done you can fill them with fruit, Nutella, sautéed vegetables, or just butter and sugar. Yields 6 medium to large crepes.
